The Training Contract or Agreement is a commitment between Enigma Camp as a training provider and Candidates as trainee/ training receiver in order to maintain each other's Rights and Obligations.
After completing the entire selection process, the administrative data that needs to be provided for the purposes of the contract are:
- Copy of Candidate's ID (KTP).
- Copy of Parent's ID (KTP).
- Copy of Family Card (KK).
- Copy of NPWP (if any).
- Copy of diploma (if not available, replace with SKL)
- Copy of Transcripts.
- Copy of Vaccine Certificate (first dose to booster).
- Softcopy of parental statement letter that has been signed by one of the candidate's parents/guardians accompanied by a Rp.10,000 stamp duty (Hardcopy is included with the contract)
- It should be noted that the whole process of providing softcopy to returning hardcopy will have to be carried out for a maximum of 3 (three) days.
