Candidates can be declared disqualified if they do not meet the soft skills and hard skills assessment criteria (they will not be subjected to fines/penalty fee).
To enhance the results of each candidate, Enigma Camp will monitor learning dynamics and obstacles encountered during training so that they can be overcome through the following methods: coaching, monitoring, counseling, and upskilling.
