Job Placement Flow at Enigma Camp

Each Enigma Camp trainee will be placed to work for a hiring partner with the following conditions:

• Have completed the entire training process
• Pass the Enigma Camp assessment criteria (soft skills and hard skills)

Then, when the trainees have completed the training, the following processes will be:

• Have the opportunity to improve skills (not mandatory if deemed unnecessary)
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding the interview schedule
• Interview with Enigma Camp user/hiring partner.
