Each Enigma Camp trainee will be placed to work for a hiring partner with the following conditions:
- Have completed the entire training process
- Pass the Enigma Camp assessment criteria (soft skills and hard skills)
Then, when the trainees have completed the training, the following processes will be:
- Have the opportunity to improve skills (not mandatory if deemed unnecessary)
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding the interview schedule
- Interview with Enigma Camp user/hiring partner
