How is the Work Placement Flow at Enigma Camp?

Each Enigma Camp trainee will be placed to work for a hiring partner with the following conditions:

Have completed the entire training process
Pass the Enigma Camp assessment criteria (soft skills and hard skills)

Then, when the trainees have completed the training, the following processes will be:

Have the opportunity to improve skills (not mandatory if deemed unnecessary)
Coordinate with the sales team regarding the interview schedule
Interview with Enigma Camp user/hiring partner
